Bollen

It is 2 to 10 meter high. It is Chilean in origin, and its leaves are simple shaped and of about 16 inches long. Its flowers bloom in September and December, and the females are solitary. The fruit is a capsule of five sections that can be up to six inches in diameter. Its wood is hard and it is used in construction or for the fireplace.
