The national territory offers singular attractions in its beautiful islands, located in the Pacific Ocean, and belong to the fifth region. One of them is Easter Island, a volcanic origin land with 180 kilometers of extension. Its singular culture is one of the main attractions, with holidays like "Tapati Rapa Nui", a party celebrated in the whole island, and its moais and Ahus, huge sculpt stones. Its subtropical weather allows the existence of an unique native flora and fauna. Also, the beaches are a great attraction for visitors from all over the world. However, you can find natural resources in the Robinson Crusoe Island, with 9571000 square meters of extention. With an amazing topography and a fantastic vegetation, the island offers visits to the Juan fernandez National Park, World reserve of the Biosfera, in which you can find species like the Chonta Palm tree, cinnamon trees, sandal trees and apple trees, and red hummingbirds, cernicalos and two-hair sea dogs, among others. Besides, It's posible visit the English port, a magical place in which the inhabitants relieve there is an ancient spanish treasure. In this way, the Chilean Islands offer multiple posibilities to have a relaxing time and practice different sports like trekking, hiking, horseback ridings, scuba diving, mountainbike, picnic, swimming, flora and fauna contemplation and photography.
