The 21 charming wood and adobe cabin-like rooms with terraces are distributed amidst the calm of a fruit orchard in an arrangement reminiscent of an ancient settlement – “poblado”.
In the design of the hotel, elements of local architecture, like adobe walls and Andean straw thatching over wooden-beam structures, are ingeniously and elegantly combined .

The best: La atención del personal.

The worst: Le falta bidet, pedimos una cerveza corona, que figura en carta, pero no tenían en stock, y no me dejaron consumirla en el deck del hotel comprandola fuera del mismo.

The best: Nice and large room and the bath is also spacious. The location is very good and close to the big shoping center barauca. The staff at the reception, bar and breakfast room were very friendly.The complimentary Internet was quite good and fast.

The best: Very good location, walking distance to Centro Parque (Congress Center) and huge Parque Arauco shopping mall. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Restaurant menu tasty. Very nice swimming pool on 12th floor with a view to Andean mounts on one side and to Sanhattan skyscrappers on the other. Beware, the swimming pool is an outdoor one only covered with a folded roof, so may get chilly in the evening. Not recommended for people with fear of heights - contains two glass windows. Efficient staff at the front desk.

The worst: Waiters in both restaurants pay very little attention to clients, some of them almost rude. I only once managed to get tea at breakfast, because the waiters neglect empty cups and if finally any of them comes up to a table, brings only coffee. Far from city center, if you decide on sight-seeing. Official taxi from Airport costed 23 000 pesos in the evening.

The best: very good, modern, clean hotel with great free breakfast and wifi. several excellent restaurants and metro stop one blook away. the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The worst: surrounded by multiple high rise building and on weekend, area deserted. across street is pharmacy, next door is coffee shop and fruit stand. front desk was sometime standoffish if you did not speak Spanish.

The best: Everything!!! Loved it!!! Food, service, friendly staff, good gym, great rooms with fantastic blinds to block out the morning sun! Fantastic views from the pool area (when the clouds cleared)
