El hotel y la ubicación en Santiago es MUY BUENO.

No existen medios de comunicación directa. Estuve el día 1 de Junio y se me quedó una placa con cadena de oro y no he podido comunicarme para solicitar su devolución.

Todo esta cerca. Los restaurantes del hotel son buenos.

Esta en el centro, entonces tiene un poco de ruido de trafico.

Very good breakfast, great selection, very good restaurant, good location. But a lot of traffic, little noise, but only on the day. I was overall very satisfied.

The hotel is in good location, good breakfast and free internet. I will not hesitate to use it again. The room and facilities were clean and the room was a good size.
