Its particular geography and extraordinary flora and fauna turn it in one of the most attractive places in the region. It`s a perfect place to practice fly fhishing and aquatic sports.
Simpson River has 40 kilometers of extention, with wild and exotic vegetation like lengas and ñirres.
Its conditions gives it a varied geography: pampas, mountains and seashorts crossing from Coyhaique to Puerto Aysen.
Fauna that includes farios and rainbow trouts. In this river you can enjoy the “Patagonian Kayak Festival” (thanks to its caudal waters –perfect to practice extreme sports-) and “Patagonian 2004” (electronic music festival)
