With 63.000 hectares, the Villarrica National Park is located between Curarrehue, Panguipulli, Pucon and Villarrica.

Created in 1940, it´s an ideal place to relax during winter and summer time. From here, you can see the Lanin, Quetrupillan and Villarrica volcanoes, which are over 2000 meters above sea level.

There are beautiful paths like Los Crateres Balcony, Chinay, Challupen, Crated del Villarrica, Los Nevadois and Rinconada de Huijilco, among others.

Location

Ninth region. Located 12 kilometers south of Pucon and 122 kilometers southeast of Temuco.

How to get there?

Land route, by route that conects Temuco, Freire, Villarrica, Pucon and Caburgua Lake.

When to go?

All year long.

Climate

Rainy, moderate weather. This weather features rain all year long; in the interior, the temperature oscillates between day and night time. In the high lands there´s a cold weather.

Admission

Entrance is $1100 Chilean pesos for adults and $300 Chilean pesos for kids.
