National Parks

Chile has a privileged geography in which you can find the driest desert in the world and the largest reservations of sweet water in the planet. There are thousands of kilometers from one point to the other where you can see thousands of animal species and protected plants living next to each other in special places known as National Parks or Reserves.

A national park is an extension of territory where you can find diverse and unique environments that represent the biological diversity of a certain place. It is defined as a reserve or park to preserve natural environments, its cultural aspects, the continuity of evolutionary processes and, as compatibility goes, to practice educational, research and recreational activities in them.

Considering the extension of the Chilean territory, a series of reserves and national parks have been defined, where you can travel and see the animals and beautiful landscapes, and also practice sports or adventure activities  in the last place of the world.

According to its geography, reservations and national parks in Chile are as follows.
