Itinerary
- 08:00 am, after breakfast we move to the commune of Huara to visit one of the largest geoglyphs in the world of 100 meters high and 150 meters wide representing an anthropomorphic figure located on the hill Unitas, a place of rituals and religious ceremonies of the Tiwanaku culture in the Atacama Desert, with more than 1500 years old coinciding in the period of expansion of this culture.
- During the journey before arriving to this majestic Felina image, we stop in the center of the Atacama Desert to feel the "Song of the water", following our route in this inhospitable place, only accompanied by the Giant Geoglyph printed in the Pachamama by the aborigines forming orientations of their wisdom.
- After this brief stop we headed to the Chilean altiplano to visit the Isluga National Park and several places of photographic interest as many others throughout the program. In the Geysers of Puchuldiza, we will stop to enjoy a rich outdoor snack with various delicacies and take advantage of a delicious thermal bath in the hot springs of the place, then we moved to the Aravilla Lagoons, the town of Isluga and Enquelga with its flora, fauna and volcanoes, each with its typical churches of the seventeenth century.
- After visiting the national park of Isluga we move to the town of Cariquima to settle in our Hotel Tata Inti, which also will give us our dinner that is included.
- We have breakfast at 07:00 am, following the route to the north by the mountain range we turn off to visit the forest of cactus panavinto we will arrive to the Aravilla Lagoon, where we can find up to 4 varieties of flamingos in great quantity, also you can make photographic zafarí and later we go to the Red Lagoon our main destination, On the way we can observe a variety of flora and fauna of the place, finally traveling through valleys and ravines, also in each village their own churches of the Andean baroque architecture, once arriving at the red lagoon we must cross a river, not deep, we can see three lakes of different colors. On the way back from the lagoon we will share a box lunch before lunch.
- We will visit the giant cactus forest of Panavinto and the Coipasa salt flat.
- Lunch will be in the town of Camiña, arriving at approximately 15:00 pm and then visit the wonders of the ravine of Camiña with its diversity of agriculture rest of the afternoon free returning to Iquique at approximately 21:00 pm.
