Description
- During this tour, see Chile's rich cultural heritage come to life through the city's iconic symbols, such as the Plaza de Armas (Main Square), Santa Lucia Hill and the Lastarria neighborhood, La Moneda (Government Palace), the Post Office and the Santiago Metropolitan Cathedral with its unique views of the city, and the Bellavista neighborhood with the best restaurants and nightlife you can find in Santiago.
- The next day, spend a delightful morning exploring the grounds of the traditional Concha y Toro winery, producer of the world-famous Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon.
- You can choose the order of the tours, with the City tour of Santiago first and then the winery visit or vice versa.
- Both tours have a duration of 4 hours and can be done according to 2 options depending on your preference:

Itinerary
Two fabulous tours in two different days that show different sides of Chile await you: the highlights of the city of Santiago and the Concha y Toro winery.
- CLASSIC CITY TOUR OF SANTIAGO: Our tour begins in the cobblestone neighborhood of Lastarría, a sector characterized by its green areas and beautiful 19th century houses, now restored and used mainly as cafes, restaurants, bookstores and museums. Afterwards, we will head to Cerro Santa Lucía. Here we will have time to walk around and take pictures, while our guide tells us about some of the most important episodes of Santiago's history, such as the Mapuche/Spanish confrontation. From its terraces we will have a panoramic view of Santiago, as well as admire relics and constructions from colonial times, such as the Hidalgo Castle. We will go to our next stop, on the way we will be able to see emblematic places of the city such as the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral of Santiago and its impressive architecture, as well as the old national congress. We will arrive at the imposing government house called "La Moneda" and next to it the "Plaza de la Constitución"; we will visit its surroundings and learn more about its important and interesting history. Once in our vehicle, the tour will continue with a visit to the Central Market, one of the most characteristic gastronomic points of Santiago, and then continue to the upper sector of the capital. On the way we will stop at a lapis lazuli store where we will be able to admire and/or buy beautiful jewelry and unique handicrafts. Then we will finish the tour at the respective hotel or leave the options.
- CONCHA Y TORO WINERY: Cross into the vineyards of Pirque to learn about the growth and development of the vineyards assisted by the meticulous attention of the master vineyard caretakers. Centuries-old history is all around you as you explore the ancient terraces of Pirque. Old world flavor comes alive with Casillero del Diablo Carmenere sampling. Wines created from this classic Chilean varietal were confused with Merlot for over a century before rediscovery in the 1990s. Today Carmenere is Chile's flagship wine. Then descend underground to the winery's intriguing ancient cellar system. Visit "Casillero del Diablo", the source of the famous legend that made Chilean wine known around the world. Finish your tour at the wine bar for a wine tasting, an ideal place to sample premium wines paired with luxurious appetizers and cheeses. If you select the wine-only option, try two wines from Casillero del Diablo's flagship label. Or, add for a small additional price the wine and cheese pairing option, which includes four wines from Marques de Casa Concha, a premium label, paired with gourmet cheese. Once you've found your match, visit the wine store where the full range of ultra-premium Concha y Toro wines is available, as well as books and souvenirs to commemorate your visit.
