Description
- The landscape which contextualizes the region of Arica and Parinacota is characterized and explained mainly by two factors:
- Firstly the tectonics, which explains the relief and topography of the region and secondly the fluvial erosion, present in higher percentage during the summer months where there are higher rainfall records in the interior area.
- These two factors in turn explain the existence of the biodiversity present in the region and also the millenary cultural development present in these latitudes, considering that the region has few water resources, where societies were formed and developed around them, affecting their culture and way of life.

Hotel Kukuli or Hostal Pachamama- These hotels offer accommodation in rooms with TV and bathroom. Some even have a view of the city. Reception and room service are available.
