Cinnamon Tree

It is 30 meters high. Its trunk is a cylinder of about two feet in diameter. Its branches are thin and the leaves are evergreen, about thirty inches long. Its flowers are hermaphrodites while its fruits are similar to blackberries. Its wood is used in construction of houses and artifacts.

You can find it between the Limari River and Cabo de Hornos. The Contertifolia Phil species is found in the Juan Fernandez Archipiélago.
