Coyhaique and Puerto Aisen are one of the most beautiful areas in the country, because of their natural attractions and good weather conditions, special for plenty of outdoor activities.

This patagonian area -with land, air and sea accesses- holds different cities, small towns, National Reserves, rivers and lakes with marvelous landscapes.

The area has wild vegetation and native animals; its topography turns it in a pleasant place to practice different sports.

In Simpson River you can practice fly fishing, kayak and canoeing, while sailing is mostly done in Elizalde Lake.

Also, the National Parks are attractive places of the region. In Simpson River, Coyhaique and Castillo Hill National Reserves you can practice ecoturism, horseback ridings and walks while you enjoy the nature.

29 kilometers from Coyhaique, El Fraile Ski Resort has more than 500 millions square meters to practice winter sports.

Coyhaique and Puerto Aisen are valleys that feature rural and agroturism; they combine turism and commercial activities.

Puerto Aisen, the district capital, is one of the most typical patagonian cities because of its location and cultural characteristics.
