Our local driver/guide, Guido, on Easter Island did a good job and made the tour entertaining. However after arriving only 30 mins. late from Santiago we were told, upon being dropped at our hotel, that there would be no 1/2 day tour. We were given no other information than to be out at the road for a 9:30 pickup the next day. Most importantly this was only in Spanish which I understand, however there were 4 others that only spoke English. If I had not been there they would have had no idea what the new schedule was! It had been confirmed in an email from Ms. Lillo that the tour would be in English. There seems to be a complete disconnect with the local tour agency. We were never given an updated tour schedule once we arrived.
