The hotel recreates the architectonic concept of the Atacameña house, with its characteristic streets and corners, through simple materials such as the cane, volcanic stone and wood mixed in an elegant, innovative, sophisticated, and simple design.

The best: An efficient warm welcome and good service form reception throughout our stay. Being able to checkout at 1.30pm on our last day was much appreciated as we were ale to have a shower after visiting the geysers. Good buffet breakfast and excellent location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Loved the big fluffy towels!

The best: Excellent location and very pretty offer of a packed breakfast when we got up at 4 a.m.

The worst: Service could be slightly improved, e.g. information about check-out procedures were contradictory between different members of staff. Not necessarily ideal to sit in the restaurant next to the bar and staff reach over our table to put dirty glasses on the bar.
