Itinerary
Visit to Concha y Toro Winery:
Come with us to discover the most famous winery in Chile and Latin America. You will have the opportunity to taste some of its labels, tour its gardens and see the exterior of the old Concha y Toro family estate. You will also experience the legend of one of its most world-renowned wines, Casillero del Diablo.

Departure every day. Except holidays 01/05, 18/09, 19/09, 25/12 and 01/01.
01/01. Departure from the hotel at 12h40 approx, with return scheduled at 17hrs.arriving at the hotel.
IMPORTANT:
In closed venues, children under 18 years old are not allowed to participate in wine tastings.
We leave Santiago directly to the town of San José de Maipo to learn about its history, local culture and its importance in the area. We will continue the trip along the Maipo River and its mountains and then stop at the Tinoco Tunnel, declared a National Historic Monument, becoming a point of interest due to local paranormal stories. Then, we continue towards the reservoir and stop at Refugio Las Cáscaras, an old settlement from the 60's, which was originally used as a camp for the workers who built the reservoir. From there, we will be able to see one of the most emblematic glaciers of the area among the high peaks. Finally we head to the reservoir to enjoy the incredible mountain scenery and a moment of peace in nature.
Duration of tour: 9 hours approximately.
Difficulty level: From 7 years old to 70 years old. Route with low or minimal slope. Health compatible with the activity is required.
Activity: Panoramic tour to the Embalse el Yeso, without hiking except during the winter season (May-October) due to winter conditions and presence of snow, you may have a 20 to 25 minute walk to reach the reservoir.
Box lunch included.
Approximately at 8 am you will be picked up for today's tour.
Culture and Wines, excellent panorama to enjoy! Visit with entrance to the most important house-museum of the poet Nobel Prize for Literature 1971-Pablo Neruda, with time for the complete visit, stop and free time for lunch before proceeding to an excellent wine tasting at the traditional Undurraga Winery.
Undurraga Winery which is also included in this tour and to finish with a glass of toast at the end of the tour.
Return to the hotel at approximately 16:00 Hrs.

Talvez en el tour de la Coordillera se podria considerar un refrigerio mejorado ya que para la caminata de 2 horas se requiere un poco mas.
