Is it possible to have a Plan B, when a full day's trip has to be cancelled by the agency in charge of it? One of only the 2 full days in Puerto Natales was cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather. There is little to do, or see in Puerto Natales. Plan B planning may well be a recurring problem given the volatility of weather in Southern Patagonia.
