El hostal esta en lugar paradisíaco, la belleza natural de su entorno lo hace una verdadera maravilla, lejos de todo el ruido solo naturaleza. Uno se puede reencontrar y puede disfrutar con su pareja. La atención del personal es maravillosa. Un hostal 100% recomendable.

Dentro de lo malo, que hay nada.. Podría decir que lo que corresponde a la cena, es muy poca la variedad.

La ubicación

El precio, carísimo en realción al precio. El desayuno muy pobre. La cena carísima y muy mala y las habitaciones, al menos las triples, feas, pequeñas, oscuras y malas.

Es un lugar precioso donde nos hemos sentido muy acogidos por el personal, en un ambiente muy familiar. La vista es maravillosa i la comida está muy bien. Volveremos en cuanto podamos, el recuerdo de este lugar es imborrable.

Beautiful, clean, good location

We made the reservation a long time before arrival, we asked for a room with the view and we were disappointed upon our arrival not to get one. The view was our main reason for choosing this hotel/

Very beautiful location on an island in the middle of Lago Pehoe (and very central location in the TDP Nationalpark in general). Rooms in general much too expensive (150 €/210 US$ per night), but for the park maybe a good deal (except camping).

Just a few rooms do have lake-view, those ones to the garden are a little dark and smaller. Breakfast is standard, dinner ist surprisingly cheap for the park, but very bad quality and poor service! Bring your own!

Excellent location both the view and the access to places in the park. Rooms clean and big. Wireless existed. The restarant and salon for guests was very pleasant and convenient. The hotel is overprices but this is the situation in the park in all hotels.

There is no electricity points in the room except for bathroom. There is no view from the room.

The only hotel in Torres del Paine which is reasonably priced. Location is the best in Torres del Paine

Here and there a bit old and some overhaul is needed. Food was not great but given the fact that it was off-season (I was the only guest in the hotel) I was glad that I could get a dinner.

View from the restaurant

Old rooms, no transfer possibilities to the pudeto catamaran, staff was not friendly, price was expensive for what you get. You might as well just come to the restaurant and sleep elsewhere.

Location, location, location. Best views in the park. Very helpful staff who were fluent in English and Spanish. Food was good, too (despite what you have read elsewhere). Not great variety, but you are almost in Antartica!

Room was a little outdated, bathroom needed new flooring. Otherwise, no complaints.
