The best: La atención del personal. La ubicación respecto de la ciudad.- El desayuno La Vista de la pieza que nos asignaron.

The worst: Mucha falta de mantenimiento, falta de calefacción, falta de predisposición en los empleados de recepción (por la apertura de estacionamiento)

The best: La ubicación y la historia del establecimiento. La buena disposición de los empleados.
The worst: La falta de mantenimiento. Los cambios sucesivos de dueños han dejado al hotel deteriorarse. Problemas de desagües y pintura. Es una pena pues tengo entendido que su dueño actual es uno de los grupos mas ricos de Chile que podria invertir en mantener ese emblematico edificio
