The hotel is eleven stories high, in which you can find 114 rooms and 18 suites, a business center, heated Swimming pool, gym, sauna, and parking lat with enough space to park a van. It is located in the main street of Antofagasta, 35 minutes away from the airport and only two minutes away from downtown. All rooms have king size beds, working desk and access to broadband Internet, two lines of telephone, coffee maker, blowdryer and ironing table, an additiona bed, anti-noise windows and private bathroom. The hotel itself has several common areas, gym, outdoors swimming pool, rooms for the disabled, rooms for non-smokers, craddles, elegant furniture and breakfast included in the price. Children under 18 years old do not pay as long as they stay in their parents’ room. Breakfast is included in the price and of buffet type, coffee is offered the 24 hours of the day. There is also room service and a express market in the first floor where you can get prepared meals, sandwichs, desserts, cookies, sodas and other kinds of snacks. The hotel has a ‘pets allowed’ policy as long as the pets’s owner is a disabled person. The animals must sleep in areas determined by the hotel management.
