    Itinerary

    Day 01: San Pedro de Atacama – Hito Cajón – Uyuni
    Transfer from the hotel in San Pedro de Atacama to the Hito Cajón border post. We will visit the Fauna Andina Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve (REA) featuring a surface of 7147 km2, it is located south-east of the city of Potosi, in the province of Sud Lípez. Its extraordinary fauna is characterized by the presence of singular species adapted to the extreme conditions of life of this region. Its lakes, salt flats, volcanoes, snow-capped mountains, plains, thermal waters, some rivers full of seaweed and plankton, geothermal sources, flora and its general topography, give to this area a unique atmosphere, and is the perfect place to get away from the routine and get back to the nature.
    Transfer to Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon), water accumulation that due to its color seems to be a giant emerald. From its shore, we will be able to watch the imposing beauty of the Licancabur volcano (5865 m.a.s.l.) and the glow of the water at sunset is inspiring due to the deep shade of the high level of magnesium.
    After that, we will visit the Sol de Mañana Geysers, vents and volcanic wells forming a spectacular landscape where the wind blows strong. The area has 1 km2 and is located in the way to the Chalviri Salt Flat. We will be able to see the boiling lava in the craters and the vents releasing mix water vapor and hot steam reaching 80 to 100 meters. A primitive landscape, where lava and mud are in constant ebullition, that goes back to the formation of the Earth. The geothermal field is located at 4900 m.a.s.l.
    The Laguna Colorada is located one hour away from the geyser. Its owe-inspiring views take the breath away. It has a surface of 60 km2 and an altitude of 4278 m.a.s.l. Its red water is the place where the tokoko flamingo flock, the white-plumage chururu and the pink-plumage jututu meet. We will be able to watch vicuñas, llamas and vizcachas.
    Arrival in Uyuni, box lunch on route, dinner and accommodation in a local hotel in Uyuni.

    Day 02: Uyuni – Incawasi Island – Uyuni
    After the breakfast, departure from the hotel in order to start the fantastic excursion of Uyuni Salt Flat and Incawasi. Uyuni is the largest salt flat in the world, located in the Bolivian altiplano, with a surface of 12000 km2- The depth of its silence accelerates the heart beats and immerses the traveler into a surreal landscape where the sky meets the earth, challenging the perspective and the imagination.  
    Incawasi is an oasis in the middle of islands with seaweed and fossil formations. It is covered by thounsand of giant cantus, some of them are hundred years old, reaching more than 12 meters. The Uyuni Salt Flat landscape meets the horizon, turning it in a perfect spot for photography fans.
    Return to the hotel. Includes lunch, dinner and accommodation in one of the authentic salt hotels on the edge of the salt flat.

    Day 03: Uyuni – Hito Cajón – San Pedro de Atacama
    Breakfast. We will depart from Uyuni to Hito Cajon. We will take the transfer in Hito Cajón to continue to San Pedro de Atacama. We will enjoy a box lunch on route.
