The best: Excellent room, the best location for people flying onward the next day after an overnight stay, central Santiago accessible in 20 minutes by buses that run every 15 minutes or so, great food.
The worst: Check-in time of 1600 hrs and check-out at 1000 hrs is a huge nuisance. These ought to be 1200 hrs and 1400 hrs, respectively, as in most other establishments..

The best: Excellent location from airport ( 3-5 minutes walking). Wonderful for late arrival, or early morning departure. Room spacious. Good variety of breakfast buffet. Nice water pressure for hot shower. In room wifi connection. Late dinning service.
