5 /5 The best: Todo, los empleados son muy amabiles con sonrissas, y un perfecto servicio, tuviemos un problema en otro hotel adonde estabamos, y el jefe del servicio de restorant, del RUGIENDAS, elle mismo, nos oferto dulches de toda callidad, para nos hacer passar bien despues de una mala fortuna en otro hotel que nos obligo a nuestra transferencia para el Rugiendas. Creo que Hugo de Visit Chile fue responsabile por esta gentileza, Gracias a todos.

4 /5 The best: Conformes con el hotel

The worst: Caja de Seguridad sin cierre. Ascensor en reparación los dos ultimos días, estando en el piso 10 teníamos que subir y bajar un piso por escalera cada vez que salíamos.

5 /5 The best: Excellent hotel and great service for a good price. The hotel is in a good location in proximity to restaurants and walking distance from metro.

The worst: During the first night, loud music was coming from downstairs/across the street (either the bar or a night club?).
