Torres del Paine and Puerto Natales

Get to know more about the Destination

This destination in Patagonia is one of the most incredible places to visit in the region. The journey starts in Puerto Natales, where the visitor can enjoy its seashort, its former cattle ranchs and the mountains behind it.

It has different attractions. The most popular ones are the Torres del Paine and Bernardo O´Higgins National Parks, as well as the Cueva del Milodon Natural Monument.

There's amazing topography: mountains, fjords, channels, glaciers and lakes, which make Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine National Park a singular and beautiful place to visit, known by their changing weather conditions.

The zone has diverse hydrographic resources. Balmaceda, Pehoe, Paine, Grey, Nordenskjold and Toro lakes are some of them. Their volume turn them into perfect places to practice aquatic activities. It´s common to find huge icebergs in their surface.

The singular vegetation and beautiful fauna, in which the flamencos are the protagonist, are another attraction of the area.

Not only condors, ñandus and other animal species you will find here, but also important archaeological and anthropological spots, like Cueva del Milodon –and the prehistoric elements found in the place- and Kaweskar population
