Itinerary

Day 01: Santiago Airport - Santiago

Reception at Santiago de Chile Airport, transfer to your hotel. 
Free afternoon at your disposal.

Lodging in Santiago.

Day 02: Santiago - Santiago Airport - Balmaceda - Puerto Chacabuco

Departure from your hotel in Santiago to the airport to take the flight to Balmaceda. Reception at Balmaceda Airport, and start of the tour that will take you to the Hotel Loberías del Sur located in Puerto Chacabuco, for which you will have to travel part of the Austral Highway, a route that connects the provinces of Llanquihue and Palena with the region of Aysén, passing through the beautiful city of Coyhaique. During this trip, you will be able to witness a small sample of the impressive landscape that is part of these latitudes, since we will be crossing the Andes Mountain Range through the Chilean Patagonia.
Arrival at the hotel, with the beautiful bay of Puerto Chacabuco as a backdrop. In this hotel you will spend the four nights of your stay in the region.

In the evening, a welcome dinner at the hotel (drinks not included).

Day 03: Ensenada Perez, Hot Springs

A new excursion of Hotel Loberías del Sur takes you to enjoy the Cinco Hermanas Natural Monument, at the entrance to the Aysén Fjord, only 1 hour away from Puerto Chacabuco.

We will sail the Aysén Fjord through the Patagonian Andes aboard our Catamaran, to enjoy a day of relaxation at the foot of the Macá volcano, 2,960 meters above sea level, whose cone is covered with ice.

We invite you to join us for a day of rest in a privileged natural environment in our natural hot water pools and the attention of Hotel Loberías del Sur.

 Then you will be transferred to the hotel Loberías del Sur for a comforting dinner (drinks not included). Lodging

Day 04: San Rafael Lagoon

Sailing through the channels of the Chilean Patagonia, discover the native forests melting into the sea in a breathtaking spectacle. Sail on board the Catamaran Aysén or Chaitén for 125 nautical miles between Patagonian channels, green islands and fjords of exuberant nature, to finish the tour at the foot of the San Valentín glacier that in spectacular detachments delivers its icebergs to the San Rafael Lagoon.
Food services: Breakfast, cocktail, lunch, hot chocolate service, tea and bar service (on the way back).
Zodiac boat excursion on the ice of Laguna San Rafael (subject to weather conditions and for passengers over 4 years old).
Whisky with millenary ice
Return to the hotel.

Day 05: South Aikén Park
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave to visit the park. Just fifteen minutes from Hotel Loberías del Sur, enjoy all the biodiversity of Chilean Patagonia in the Aikén del Sur Park. In this magnificent ecotourism reserve of 250 hectares you will find four trails specially prepared for trekking.
Parque Aiken del Sur has a Visitor's Center where you can learn about all the activities of the Park, botany, excursions and anthropology of the Aysen Region. In addition, in our roofed "quincho", you can enjoy folkloric shows and Patagonian style lamb barbecues.
Upon return, dinner at the hotel (drinks not included) and overnight. 

Day 06: Puerto Chacabuco - Balmaceda Airport - Santiago Airport - Santiago

After a well-deserved rest and once you have had breakfast, you will be transferred to Balmaceda Airport. Flight to Santiago. Reception and transfer to the hotel in Santiago. Lodging.

Day 07: Santiago - Santiago Airport - Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales

Departure from your hotel in Santiago to the airport. Flight to Punta Arenas. Arrival at Punta Arenas Airport Reception at Punta Arenas Airport, (we recommend taking the first flight to Punta Arenas to arrive before 12:00 noon). Transfer to the bus terminal to take your bus to the city of Puerto Natales. Duration of the trip 03:15 hours. Arrival to the city. Transfer from the bus terminal to the hotel, accommodation in Puerto Natales.

Day 08: Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine National Park.

Breakfast. From 07:30 hrs departure from your hotel to start the full day excursion that will take us first to the imposing Milodon Cave Natural Monument and later to Torres del Paine National Park, with beautiful views of its mountains and lakes such as "Sarmiento", "Nordenskjold" and "Pehoe". Its rich "fauna" will be present through the "guanaco" and "foxes" among others, in addition to a large number of birds easily observed during the tour. A short walk will take us to the "Salto Grande", a large waterfall that is part of the hydrographic network of the park. Then, returning to the main road, we will access the administrative headquarters of CONAF, to continue to the "Grey Lake" where after a short walk of 30 minutes, in the middle of an ancient forest, we will arrive at its beach where we can admire a large number of ice floes that fall from the glacier. A box lunch is included in the service. At approximately 19:30 hrs. we will return to your hotel.

Lodging.

Day 09: Puerto Natales - Sailing to Glaciers - Punta Arenas (May 21st)
Continental breakfast, we will depart from the hotel towards the fiscal dock to start a maritime excursion to the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers. During the trip we will be able to observe colonies of sea lions, cormorants, waterfalls and inspiring native forests. After 4 hours we will dock at the Puerto Toro pier, from where we will begin a short hike to the Serrano Glacier. Back on the boat, we will admire the Balmaceda Glacier, which is in continuous retreat. In the afternoon return to Puerto Natales and lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 10: Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas Airport - Santiago.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to local terminal to board bus to Punta Arenas airport.
